Product Description
Kempolyurea 5556 is a two component, 100% solid, zero VOC, polyurea developed for long term immersion in water, waste water & sewage applications. It has outstanding physical properties & excellent microbial resistance. It can be applied on concrete or metal surfaces over primer.

Kempolyurea P. This polyurea elastomer is user friendly, has excellent chemical resistance, thermal stability & fast drying properties.

INTENDED USES

Food processing plants, cold storage, waste water treatment plant, industrial facilities, airport hangers, parking decks etc.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE
Preparatory work as under -
Concrete:
It should be dry, sand blasted or hydro blasted and concrete should be allowed to cure for min 30 days.
Steel: Should be free from oil, grease, paint, coating abrade entire surface by steel blast or sand blasting, install KemPolyurea P as primer.

Application of first coat is recommended to be done by brushing for better wetting of the surface. For brushing, use a short bristle brush for working the material into all irregularities. On short edges, bolt

It has outstanding bonding properties ideal as a primer for concrete, steel surfaces. This primer is user friendly & has fast drying properties.
