Main Application:

T30S is general resin, which can be applied in injection molding, extrusion molding, thin wire and monofilament making, etc., it's wildly used in making sorts of civil-using plastic products, electrical equipments' hull & parts, insulations, food & medicine packaging, transportation & building materials,
plastic bags, textiles, and so on.

Main Features:

  • Non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, low density(0.90-0.91g/cm3), it's the lightest in the FOUR thermoplastic resins.

  • All indexes are better than national standard(GB12670-90).

  • With kinds of additive appended, so quality is stable, shelf life is long, processability is good.

  • Thermoplasticity is good, easy to be machine-shaped, and completed products are with smooth surface, good air & water permeability.

  • Mechanical properties are good, so completed products are with good hardness, abrasion resistance, SCR and extensibility.

  • With good heat resistance and high softening point, can be long-time used in 100-120.

  • With good chemical properties, and not occur with most of the role of chemicals.

  • With good dielectric properties, especially high-frequency insulation.


  • Material should be kept indoor with shady, cool, air and dry, it's better not to store it over 12 months.

  • Completed products are not available for filling with fuming sulphuric acid, fuming nitric acid, chromic acid solution, halogen, benzene, carbon tetrachloride, chloroform, etc.

  • Material is non-dangerous goods, it should be transported with cover to avoid sun, rain or wet. And it's forbidden to be co-stored and mix-carried with inflammable, explosives, toxic articles, soilable products, etc.

  • No Resistance to Sundex Solvent (e.g. Benzene)

  • No Resistance to Chlorinated Hydrocarbon Solvent

  • No Resistance to Oxidizability under High Temperature
